Your Virtual Private Server will be added to our custom–built server monitoring system and if there’s a sign of a problem, our skilled technical support engineers will be informed instantly.

Weekly Backups

When you have a popular web site or a resource–heavy web app, it’s extremely important to maintain a complete backup copy of everything. Still, setting up an automated backup system is tough. This is why we offer you our Administration Services solution – we promise to keep a full backup copy of your Linux VPS, not only of your websites and data, but of all the custom configuration settings that you have created. Our backup scripts run each and every week, retaining all the configurations that you’ve made during that period.

Installation & Troubleshooting

Having a Linux Virtual Private Server, you have complete freedom to run any kind of script or service on your it. However, a part of the scripts are harder to install and may require some extra setup from you. That’s where our Administration Services package will come in real handy. It features 30 min of installation & problem–solving procedures – it means that you’ll be able to basically hire one of our proficient server admins for thirty minutes and have him assist you with the installation process of any software application whatsoever that you need. And/or have him solve an issue that you’re experiencing with your Virtual Private Server.

The Administration Services deal is bundled with most of our OpenVZ Linux Virtual Private Servers and is an optional feature for our KVM Linux Virtual Private Servers.
